12x16 Storage and Office

This building was created for a customer who needed a small office area but also needed storage. It is considered a 12x16 lofted utility cabin. This building had a 2x3 window and 2 house style doors. The unique thing about this build was the mini office we added. To do this we added a loft over the porch and divided the area inside from the porch over for this dedicated space. We added an interior wall with a house door. In the storage section of this building, we added a 6' loft. The window was placed at the front of the cabin in the office.
