This building was created for a customer's art studio. We love how the flat roof turned out giving it the feel of a dollhouse or store front. This building is considered a Lofted Utility with the interior measurement being 12x16 allowing for a 4' porch. We used 3x3 windows with 2 on each side touching to really open up the space and let natural light in. There was a total of 6 windows for this design. Because of the steep pitch of this roof request, we made the walls 6' to keep the building overall height at 11'
